Erika Webb

Position: Board Member (Western Australia)
Erika Webb has lived with disability her whole life, including low vision from Albinism and now age-related hearing loss.
Erika has a Diploma of Governance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA).
Erika has worked as a Disability Advocate for the Blindness and Deafblind communities with Blind Citizens WA, Blind Citizens Australia, and Deafblind West Australians.
Currently Erika runs the DBWA Connect Hub, a drop-in centre where deafblind people learn and support each other as peer mentors.
Erika manages the DB Australia and DB Australia Kids, Deafblind email lists.
Erika is also a Disability Access Consultant, a member of the Access Consultants Association (ACA), and works on developing and updating Australian Standards for disability access.
