Duncan brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specialising in organisational strategy, transformation and customer experience, most recently within disability services. He has extensive expertise in digital technology, change management, marketing and brand development and has led major transformation initiatives that modernise service delivery and strengthen organisational sustainability.
